Chef Penny served at the destination restaurant chef with Chef Sosa at Tia Carmen prior to joining the Kembara team. She once went head-to-head with celebrity chef @bobbyflay on an episode of the @foodnetwork show "Beat Bobby Flay" and won! Aside from her immense passion for the culinary arts, Chef Penny is a self-proclaimed lover of travel and bourbon.
